 Edwin W.
Smith
is a graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, with a B.S.
in Health Planning and Administration. He is also a graduate of
the Duquesne University School of Law. Attorney Smith is a
member of the Pennsylvania Bar Association and Erie County Bar
Association. He is a former instructor at Penn State - Behrend
College's paralegal program, having taught Civil Litigation.
During law school, Attorney Smith clerked with the Allegheny
County District Attorney's Office, Homicide Division.
Attorney Smith serves as co-chairman in Erie County Bar
Association Workers' Compensation Section. He is
admitted to practice in all Pennsylvania courts, the U.S. Court
for the Western District of Pennsylvania, and the Third Circuit
Court of Appeals.
