Theodore B. Ely II is a graduate of
The Taft School(1964), Bethany College(1968) and
Duquesne University School of Law(1972). He is admitted to practice
before all Pennsylvania Courts, the U.S. District Court for the
Western District of Pennsylvania, U.S. Court of Appeal, as well
as the U.S. Supreme Court. Additionally, Attorney Ely is a
member of the American Guild of Patient Account Management, The
American Bar Association, Pennsylvania Bar Association,
Pennsylvania Trial Lawyers Association, and Erie County Bar
Association. He is also a member of the Bankruptcy
Committee for the Erie County Bar Association and a member of
the National Association of Consumer Bankruptcy Attorneys.
